How are you coping during this global pandemic, when it seems the only constant is ‘change', and everyone's ability to adapt to change varies so greatly? Your age, whether you live with your family or live alone, whether you are introverted or extroverted, and even whether or not you are technologically savvy all factor into how you navigate change. In this podcast, Jennifer Weaver-Breitenbecher shares some coping mechanisms for moving forward in this ever-changing climate of uncertainty. Her strategies include latching onto those things that are controllable in our lives, rather than focusing on everything that is uncontrollable, and taking the steps to become a better advocate for your choices. We are grateful that Jennifer was able to share her insights with us in the podcast below.
Jennifer is an independently licensed psychotherapist and owner of a private practice specializing in human behavior, criminogenic theory, and forensic psychology. Her time spent in private practice is split between wellness consulting for multiples businesses and institutions and working individually with patients who are currently (or have been) involved in the criminal justice system. Jennifer's passions lie with sharing her knowledge and experience of forensic study and the criminal mind with others.
