If you're looking to lose weight or simply be healthier, the next fad diet or fitness trend is not the answer. The true solution is found in why most people don't stick to specific programs. Why don't you value yourself enough to make yourself a priority? Why are you bullying yourself into fitness, versus creating enjoyable activities that fulfill you, so you want to do them? Too often we believe that we’re ‘not allowed to do this, or we're ‘not allowed to eat that, which creates a downward spiral of negativity and feelings of failure. Gemma Fountain helps clients shift from that bullying mindset to a joyful mindset surrounding their health and wellness. Her goal is to shift the entire psychological way that people address fitness and dieting so that health and fitness is not a horrible journey to be on, but rather is enlightening and energizing.
